Appearance: light golden colour with bright green tones.
Aromas: fruity aromas (lemon, litchi, grapefruit, apple) underlined by a soft Vanilla touch due to the wood. Round, rich and structured with a soft acidity.
Temperature of serving: 10-12°C

Go well as aperitif after a long sunny day, on grilled white meat or seafood. Ideal with a creamy mushroom pie or a blue cheese risotto.
